This is Samantha's Deeper Chakra Meditation
This is a guided meditation.
Find somewhere to relax, place an eye mask on if you wish. This is a much deeper chakra meditation connecting you with Mother Earth to help centre & balance your energy system, whilst cleansing your chakras.

The idea of this meditation is to relax, so be gentle with yourself, as with every practise for meditation the chit chat mind will learn to slow down & rest.
